Yo, yo! I'm a small-scale artisan bread baker based in St. Thomas. I bake for individuals on Saturdays by pre-order only. Product details and info can be found here.

All of my breads are naturally fermented and I strive to be transparent with the ingredients I use. You can find a log of my bakes and ingredients over here.

I try to use local ingredients when possible. If you're a farmer and have interesting ingredients please let me know! I recognize that wheat, the main ingredient used in bread, is not local to the Virgin Islands but I source various grains from state-side farmers focused on regenerative agriculture.
